At the same time, the Duncan Hunter Amendment passed on 7/24/07 with huge bi-partisan support (362-63) to "prohibit the use of federal funds for participation in working groups under the SPP, including the creation of the NAFTA Super Highway."

The "Three Amigos" (north American heads-of-state) are scheduled to  meet in Montebello, Quebec on August 20-21, to further their Security and Prosperity Partnership. They will be isolated by a 25 kilometer perimeter that effectively bans legitimate and legal public meetings that would focus on SPP. U.S. Army troops are included in the security force!

During this same period, European members of the Trilateral Commission were busy creating the European Union. It is no mistake that there are striking similarities between the proposed North American Union and the European Union -- they are both cut from the same cloth, by the same people.

Many Canadians are keenly aware of the froward plans behind the Security and Prosperity Partnership that was instituted in 2005 by the heads of Mexico, Canada and the United States. In Canada, the process of merging the regions is called "deep integration." The third SPP leaders summit will take place this August 21-22nd in Montebello, Quebec, not far from Ottawa.
