At the same time, the Duncan Hunter Amendment passed on 7/24/07 with huge bi-partisan support (362-63) to "prohibit the use of federal funds for participation in working groups under the SPP, including the creation of the NAFTA Super Highway."

The "Three Amigos" (north American heads-of-state) are scheduled to  meet in Montebello, Quebec on August 20-21, to further their Security and Prosperity Partnership. They will be isolated by a 25 kilometer perimeter that effectively bans legitimate and legal public meetings that would focus on SPP. U.S. Army troops are included in the security force!
