FT/Harris poll says citizens in rich nations are solidly opposed to globalization. At the same time, the Duncan Hunter Amendment passed on 7/24/07 with huge bi-partisan support (362-63) to "prohibit the use of federal funds for participation in working groups under the SPP, including the creation of the NAFTA Super Highway."
